Being Denver-based and having sold recruiting and consulting services since 1995 in Colorado, we are experts in the local labor market. We stay in contact with the top tier of candidates constantly in order to be proactive when our clients have needs. We utilize contract recruiters that specialize in specific technologies, industries and types of positions.
Once a candidate is identified, we extensively screen them via phone and face-to-face interviews. During this screening process we review/confirm job histories, skills, communications abilities, references and cultural fit.
